Water filter components are shipped in factory sealed packaging to maintain purity. If you are unsure of the exact item you wish to order feel free to contact us for advice. Any water filter components that are returned must remain sealed in the factory sealed packaging. Once the package is opened it is contaminated and cannot be returned for restocking, exchange or credit.
